1) To a bowl, add half kg of chicken small-sized, 2 tsp of soya sauce, 2 tsp of chilly sauce, and 1/4 tsp of pepper powder.

2)add corn flour, maida flour for thickness constituency. salt, chilly powder as per your choice pour egg white. Do not add water. marinate for 30 min

3)after 30 min, deep/ shallow fry until golden. keep it aside

4)Sauce preparation: in a cup, add 1 tbsp soya sauce,1 tsp vinegar,1/2 tsp sugar,3 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp chilly sauce, and Red chili powder. mix well. You are allowed to add water in small amounts.

5)In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Add ginger and garlic, fry for a minute. Add onion, capsicum, green chilies. Fry until they turn slightly tender and crunchy.

6)Add the fried chicken, toss. fry for a minute. Garnish with spring onions/white sesame seeds



1)In a bowl, take 1 cup of sweet corn and 2 finely mashed potato

2)Add 1 finely chopped onion, 1/2 finely chopped capsicum,1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste,1 finely chopped green chilly, and finely chopped coriander leaves

3)add 1/2 tsp chilly powder,1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp chat masala, and salt to taste

4)Add 1/2 cup cheese 2 tbsp bread crumbs,2 tbsp cornflour, and 2 tbsp maida. Mix well forming a dough.

5) Prepare small balls from the dough and flatten them slightly. Place cheese ball at center, roll it to form a smooth ball.

6)Roll balls in bread crumbs and freeze for 30 min

7)deep fry them until cheese balls turn golden brown and crisp

8)Ready to eat with Tomato sauce or mayonnaise.



Before cooking Egg Bhurji, whisk the eggs in a bowl and set them aside

1)Heat oil in a large pan. Add ginger-garlic paste. Saute well until the raw smell of the ginger-garlic goes away

2)Add the onions, green chili, and salt .saute them well till the onions become golden brown.

3)Then add the tomatoes(optional). Cover the pan with a lid to soften the tomatoes. Tomatoes should blend well with onions.

4)Next, add turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala/garam, and red chili/bafat powder and cook for 1–2 minutes.

5)Add whisked eggs and keep stirring on low heat until they get mixed with masala and get cooked.

6) Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with Rice or Bread.
